Following many successful years working in real estate in Hua Hin Jon opened Location Real Estate. His success has been built on a vast local knowledge, and a reputation for honesty, professionalism and genuine care for his clients.
Having been visiting Hua Hin since the early 2000’s and living here since 2017, Jon knows the local Hua Hin property market and his team at Location Real Estate is experienced at selling a wide range of properties from Pool Villas, Condos, Beach Front Properties, Land and New Off Plan Developments.
He lives in Hua Hin with his Thai wife and he has always had a special connection with Hua Hin and property. He is also a keen golfer, when time allows.
Before moving to Hua Hin, Jon worked for large International Law firms, and it is this base of professionalism that drove him to open Location Real Estate.

The Registration Act, 1908, the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 mandates the registration of an agreement for sale of an immovable property. By registering the agreement for sale of an immovable property, it becomes a permanent public record. Further, a person is considered as the legal owner of an immovable property only after he gets such property registered in his name.
